What do I need to get started?

Your business name if you need a website, or your website address if you have one. No code and no developer.

Do I have to learn the settings?

No. Tell Helpawy, the assistant in your account, what you want in plain words, like “ask for a phone number when someone wants a quote”, and it changes the settings for you. You see each change, and can undo it.

I already have a website. Do I need yours?

No. Keep your site and paste one snippet into it, or into your website builder’s custom code setting. The Helpawy website is there if you want one.

Can it answer in other languages?

Yes. Visitors can ask in their own language and your agent replies in it, using your content.

What happens to my customers’ details?

They’re shown only to you and your team, and never used for Helpawy’s own purposes or sold. Your content and conversations are never used to train AI.
